WoowMotors processes personal data to operate the marketplace. We collect only what is needed for listings, accounts, offers, and support. This notice explains what we use and your rights under the GDPR.

Account: email, name, phone and address when you provide them, login events, and listings or offers you create. Public listings: vehicle data, photos, and messages you choose to publish. Inquiries: name, email, phone, and message content when someone contacts you about a listing. Technical: server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
Essential: httpOnly session cookies when you log in. Google Sign-In loads Google's scripts on login/register pages. Listing pages count views once per browser session (sessionStorage, not a tracking cookie). You can change your preference using the link at the bottom of the privacy policy.
Hosting and API on our VPS; frontend on Vercel; Google for optional sign-in; email provider when outbound mail is enabled; Discord webhooks for operational alerts (no marketing). We do not sell personal data.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw optional cookie consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We keep account and listing data while your account is active and as needed to operate the marketplace. Logs and backups are retained for a limited period for security and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
